# HiveSense pricing

HiveSense runs CRO audits on Shopify and other public storefronts. Plans are monthly subscriptions that include credits, and each report spends credits.

## Plans

- One full report uses 10 credits.
- Starter: $41 (intro price, list $59) per month. 30 credits a month (3 reports), one site monitored, email support. No white-label PDFs.
- Professional: $69 (intro price, list $99) per month. 100 credits a month (10 reports), 5 sites monitored, email support, white-label PDF exports.
- Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
- Power Pack: $153 (intro price, list $219), one-time. An add-on for active Starter or Professional subscribers. Adds 300 credits that do not expire while the subscription is active, and unlocks unlimited sites and white-label PDFs while subscribed. If the subscription lapses, the credits are kept but cannot be spent until it resumes.

## Refunds
