• If no credits from the current membership package have been consumed, you are eligible for a full refund.
• If any credits have been consumed, refunds are not available.

After 7 days of purchase

Refunds are not available.

Note: No refunds for subscriptions with referral rewards.

We will reply to refund requests within 24 hours on business days.

After both parties have reached an agreement on the refund plan, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
