By accessing or using HiveSense, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use HiveSense on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

HiveSense provides software and reports intended to help users analyze public-facing storefronts and identify conversion, AOV, merchandising, and checkout opportunities.

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly, and not to interfere with, abuse, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform or its infrastructure.

HiveSense uses strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to provide the service, maintain sessions, protect accounts, and support requested product flows.

Analytics and marketing cookies are optional. We do not load Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or Microsoft Clarity unless you accept analytics cookies through the cookie banner or a supported consent setting.

Rejecting analytics cookies does not prevent you from using HiveSense. You are responsible for managing your browser settings and cookie choices on shared devices.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Where we offer subscriptions, one-time credit bundles, upgrades, plan changes, or other paid offerings through our checkout flows, completion of checkout (or confirming a charge as prompted in the billing experience) confirms that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in force at that time—or that you are authorized to bind your organization accordingly.

Paid plans, credits, and subscriptions are governed by the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Where credits are used, one report may consume a defined credit amount depending on the plan and product rules in effect at the time of use.

You retain responsibility for URLs, brand assets, data, and materials you submit or connect to HiveSense.

HiveSense may generate findings, recommendations, summaries, and exports based on public-facing information and the inputs you provide. Those outputs are provided for business decision support and do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

Audit reports, scoring, narratives, recommendations, and related materials may be produced with the assistance of automated systems, including artificial intelligence and machine learning. Such outputs are intended as decision support and draft-quality analysis, not as a certified audit, warranty, or guarantee of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or commercial outcome.

You acknowledge that automated and AI-assisted systems can make mistakes, omissions, or misinterpretations—including in facts, figures, qualitative judgments, prioritization, code references, citations, benchmarks, comparative claims, and suggestions—and that outputs should not be relied upon without adequate human oversight.

You agree to review each report and derivative output thoughtfully, exercise your own business judgment and due diligence (including verifying material points with internal teams, tooling, experimentation, sampling, specialists, counterparties, or counsel where appropriate), and not treat HiveSense output as a substitute for professional advisors or your own critical assessment.

HiveSense provides these capabilities on an as-is basis alongside the disclaimers elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions. Purchase or continued use signifies that you accept this allocation of responsibility for how you rely on—or act upon—the service’s outputs.

HiveSense and its software, workflows, branding, content, and related materials are owned by HiveSense or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription or lawful access period.

HiveSense is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or that use of the service will produce any specific commercial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiveSense will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, if fees remain unpaid, or if continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk.

You may stop using the service at any time, and may request account closure subject to outstanding obligations.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HiveSense after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
